They often hold a special interest within local communities or occupants and as such it is necessary that these buildings are maintained properly.

This is where we can assist, our team of experts are qualified and experienced in listed buildings and the requirements of maintaining them having worked on listed properties for many years.
Whether the property requires repairs or general maintenance we have the knowledge and experience to sympathetically carry out any repairs or maintenance.

We will always make a site visit at the outset to view the proposed works and to ensure we have visited to ascertain all local requirements of the property and to fully understand your needs of your particular listed building. We will ensure you receive a fully priced proposal and supply a specification of the works if you require this too.

Dilapidations

When your commercial premise tenants are due to vacate, we have the experience and knowledge to assist you in any dilapidations, we can price dilapidations schedules you or your surveyors produce, so you can be assured we will price works in a cost effective and competitive manner and can be a single source of supply.

We are equally happy to work with tenants to price for re-instatement works or painting, decorating and other works to return the property back to ‘as moved in state’. Again, we can be a single source of supply to you to assist you at each step of the way. You will receive a site inspection, priced estimate and competitive pricing for the works requested taking in to account local conditions.

Maintenance

All buildings regardless of age require some kind of maintenance to keep them at their best and free of defects. We are happy to offer planned cyclical maintenance services to you and your property. With this service this could be regular gutter clearance, regular maintenance or decoration of main entrance door or other area to keep this in pristine condition or this could be re-fxing a door handle or other item where the repair is not urgent and we can send someone typically within 24-36 ours of the issue arising and you calling us.
